Ingredient

1/2 cup

almonds

1/2 cup

pistachios

1/2 cup

walnuts

1/2 cup

cashews

1/4 cup

chia seeds

1/4 cup

cow ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, clean wipe all the dry ingredients to remove any dirt. Then chop them roughly except chia seeds and sunflower seeds.

* Step 2

Then slow roast them in ghee till aromatic. Cool completely.

Then grind them to a coarse paste by pulse blending method.

Roll in round shapes or in cylinderical shapes. Then cling wrap them tightly and refrigerate for 5 to 6 hours.

Cut them in round shapes or serve as truffles.

For Halloween fun, sprinkle red food colour in a plate. Attach eye shapes to the truffle balls and red food colour as blood stained mouth. Serve them in spooky ambience with candles, paper gosht figures and scary Nick nacks and let your little ones enjoy the funn👻👻
