Try out these energy and proteins rich laddoos for your fasting days. They have makhana, dates, cashews, almonds, walnuts to make them so rich. Gluten free, dairy free, vegan and ideal for fasting. Enjoy.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, heat ghee in a pan. Add makhana and slow roast it till golden brown.
* Step 2
Remove in a plate. In same pan slow roast the nuts till crisp and remove to a plate. Grind makhana and nuts to a fine powder.
* Step 3
Now grind dates and jaggery to a paste. Take out in a bowl.
* Step 6
Combine all ingredients along with cardamom and nutmeg powders.
* Step 7
Roll into laddoos or balls and store in airtight container. Enjoy these ladoos all through the vrat week.
