Today being Navami , I have prepared these special besan, jaggery and ghee laddoos for bhog of maa Durga Usually we make besan laddoos with sugar, but I have made with jaggery as this combination is an auspicious one. They are easy to make and simply nutritious. Happy Navratri!

30 minutes.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a deep kadhai. Shallow fry the nuts till golden and keep aside.
* Step 2
In the same pan, add rest of the ghee and add besan on it. Shallow roast for 10 minutes till aromatic and golden brown.
* Step 3
Add milk powder and mix. Then sprinkle hot water and let the besan swell up. Cover and cook for 1 minute. Again stir and mix well.
* Step 4
Now add jaggery powder, cardamom powder and mix well. cook while stirring for 2 to 3 minutes.
* Step 5
Switch off flame and add the nuts. Keep mixing for another minute while the mix cools.
* Step 6
Apply ghee on palms and make medium sized laddus or mini laddus and keep in plate. Add melted ghee if needed.
* Step 7
Offer theses delicious sweets to Devi maa, share with family and enjoy!
