I have prepared these special cookies for Navratri using all the vrat special ingredients. They give lots of energy, proteins and nutrition and can be eaten as macro meals. Shubh Navratri. Enjoy.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, take a blender jar. Add all the dry ingredients and blend for 10 seconds.
* Step 2
Remove in a bowl. Then cream butter with a spatula for 2 minutes ortill it is fluffy. Add the dry mixture in the butter and mix with fingertips till you have a crumble like texture.
* Step 3
Then keep the oven to preheat at 160 °c. Line a baking tray with butter paper. Kee aside. Then add milk slowly to the mixture and knead to to get a firm dough. You may need slightly less quantity of milk. Do not over knead.
* Step 4
Take a butter paper sheet. Place the dough. Cover with another sheet. Roll the dough to a slightly thick disc. Then remove top paper and cut out desired shapes with a cookie cutter.
* Step 5
Place on the baking tray with a distance in each cookie and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Keep a watch on the cookies so that they don't overbake.
Tip: oven temperature may vary and time to bake can be less or more. If cookies do not look baked, keep in oven again for 5 minutes more.
* Step 6
Then remove from oven and cool on wire rack till firm and crisp. Enjoy these special cookies during vrat.
