Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a heavy bottomed kadhai or pan, heat ghee.
* Step 2
Add the besan and roast on low flame while stirring continuously until the flour gives a nice aroma and turns golden.
* Step 3
When it starts releasing ghee from sides, add the cardamom powder and mix well. Now add milk and quickly mix in the flour. The flour will become light and swell up.
* Step 4
Now add the sugar and nuts and mix well. Turn off flame and keep mixing for 1 minute.
* Step 5
Take away from gas. Pour in a bowl. While the mix is hot, roll into lemon sized smooth balls or Laddoos.
* Step 6
Serve at once or store in an airtight container for a week. Enjoy.
