Baked Garlic and Parmesan Potatoes 🧀
Super tasty and easy to make! This recipe goes great as a side to weeknight meals. Pop in the oven and make a batch!

* Step 1
Slice your potatoes and lay out in a well oiled baking dish.
* Step 2
Add garlic, chives, and seasonings. Mix well until potatoes are completely covered.
* Step 3
Cover with tinfoil and put in oven at 375* for 30-40 minutes
* Step 4
After the potatoes appear to be cooked through. Uncover and sprinkle your Parmesan cheese on top. Let bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes at 450 or until the cheese has melted and the potatoes appear golden brown and crisp on the edges.
