Garlic Bundles

Fresh minced garlic, ready to go.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine ingredients in a food processor until minced

* Step 2

Spoon out into little lumps (about 4 cloves worth each) onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Freeze, then transfer to a ziplock bag.

* Step 3

Voilà! Fresh minced garlic at your command. Easy to use in soup, stews, stir frys, etc. Thaws really quickly too.
