Poha fingers is an easy to make quick snack recipe and without using potato that make it more healthy. These are made using some simple ingredients which are easily found in any kitchen.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the poha well. Drain the water and keep aside in a mixing bowl. Take a pan add gram flour and roast until it turns aromatic.transfer in a plate. add oil heat it. Take a tadka pan Add cumin seeds,asafoetida and green chilli.
* Step 2
Saute 30 seconds then add this tempering into poha.add all spices and roasted gram flour.mix well.make a dough.
* Step 3
Grease your hand Take small amount of the mixture roll it and and make small fingers like shape.prepare all fingers.heat oil in a kadhai add poha fingers and fry them on medium to high flame.serve with chutney or sauce.
