Aloo Methi dry sabzi

Aloo Methi Ki Sabzi is the dish that I prepare more often when fresh fenugreek leaves are in winter season. This is very simple and easy dish .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and washed the fenugreek leaves well. Then chopped them
Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
* Step 2
In a wok add oil,when oil has heated add cumin seeds,,asafoetida saute 30 seconds add green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Saute few seconds then add fenugreek leaves. Saute 1 minute.
* Step 3
Add tomatoes,add salt,red Chilli powder and turmeric powder mix and cook for 2 minute on medium flame. Add potatoes
* Step 4
Mix and cook on high flame for 1 minute. Add 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook for 10-12 minute or until the potatoes turn soft.
* Step 5
Now cook for 2 minutes on high flame. Switch off the flame.
Serve it with roti or puri
