Spring onion gives a unique taste and flavour. They are loaded with vitamin C and vitamin A, which help in improving the strength of immune system and protect us from infections. In winter spring onion sabzi is mostly cook in our home at dinner or breakfast. It is a unique & delicious indian style easy sabzi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First clean and washed the onion.then cut the green and white part separately. Peal and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add white part of onion saute 2 minutes then add the green part.saute on high flame for 3-4 minutes. Now add potatoes and mix it.
* Step 3
Add chopped tomato,turmeric powder, red Chilli powder and salt. Mix well. Cover the lid and pressure cooked on medium flame for 2 whistle.turn off the gas.when it cool open the lid.cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes. The green onion sabzi is ready.
* Step 4
Enjoy with paratha or roti
