Bathua is a very nutritious winter vegetable that has multiple health benefits. It contains fibers,and vitamin. Bathua paratha is very healthy option in breakfast. It is delicious and nutritious.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First wash the bathua leaves and chopped them. Chopped the ginger and green chillies very fine.
* Step 2
Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl,add salt and 2 tsp oil.mix together.then add green chillies,ginger,and all spices.mix well.add chopped bathua leaves mix it.gradually add water knead it and make a soft dough.
* Step 3
Make medium size balls from dough roll it on rolling board in circle. Roll all parathas as same.
* Step 4
Heat a tawa and cook the paratha from one side for 1 minute.flip it and add little oil cook from both side till turn light golden colour.serve with any pickle or sabzi.
