Bathua Oats chilla

#HW #FEB #WEEK2 Quick and healthy Chilla served as morning breakfast. Oats are rich in fiber and Bathua is very helpful for your bone and teeth because it is rich in vitamin C.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take oats in a grinding jar and grind it to make a fine powder. Take a pan add 1 cup water and chopped bathua leaves. Give it a boil.turn off the flame

* Step 2

Strain the water and keep aside.take a mixing bowl add oats powder add little by little water and make a batter. Add chopped onion,green Chilli and powder spices. Mix well

* Step 3

Add boiled bathua leaves mix add salt to taste.then add some water and make a pouring consistency batter.heat a pan greased with little oil. Turn the flame low Pour a full ladle of batter in hot pan cook one side on medium flame.

* Step 4

When it becomes slightly dry on top flip it carefully and cook from other side. Prepare all.serve hot with tomato ketchup.
