Mutton kaleji masala

#NVW A simple and easy recipe of kaleji to cook with simple ingredients without any smell and taste comes outstanding.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly cut onion into slices,peel ginger and garlic and take 3 green chilies.put all into grinding jar and make a fine paste

* Step 2

Heat oil in a kadhai add cumin seeds cardamom,cloves saute for 30 seconds.add onion paste saute 2-3 minutes then add washed liver pieces.mix well cook for two minutes.

* Step 3

Now turn the flame low add beaten curd,kasuri methi and slit green chilli.mix well.cook for two minutes then add coriander powder, turmeric and red chilli powder mix well.add some water cover and cook for 20 minutes on low to medium flame.stir occasionally

* Step 4

Open the lid this time add salt,cumin powder and garam masala powder.mix well add 1/4 cup water cook on high flame when oil has released and liver has cooked perfectly.turn off the flame.cover and leave it for five minutes.garnish with coriander leaves and serve with hot chapati or paratha.
