Caramelized Shahi kheer

#RSC This is an instant kheer in which no need to soaked rice. And using caramelised sugar and milk powder inhance it's taste and give a nice look and texture.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take all dry ingredients. Take 3 tbsp milk in a bowl, add saffron threads, and soaked into the milk. In a heavy bottom pan or wok add milk and let it boil on high flame. when the milk started boiling turn the flame low and add rice flour stirring continuously. cook for 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Add milk powder and stir with a whisker so that no lumps formed. Cook again for 10 minutes on low flame. Meanwhile, milk has reduced. take a pan add 1/4 cup sugar and keep stirring and cook on low flame until the sugar melts. continue to cook until the sugar syrup turns golden brown.

* Step 3

Pour the caramelized sugar over the kheer and mix well. Now add the remaining sugar and cook until the sugar has dissolved. Add crushed cardamom and chopped dry fruits

* Step 4

Mix well. cook for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame. Let's cool it. then dish out and garnish with some dry fruits and silver work.
