Tri colour noodles

Tri colour noodles

#IDC On this Independence Day presenting tricolour noodles that is my new creativity with noodles.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a sauce pan take 2 cups of water add 1/2tsp oil and salt. Let it boil.add noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes then strain and wash with running water to reduce the heat.add few drops of oil mix and keep aside.

* Step 2

In another pan do the same process to boil water when it start boiling add orange food colour and mix. Add noodles and boil it for 3-4 minutes. Strain it and wash with running water add few drops of oil mix and keep aside for cool.

* Step 3

In third pan add water and boil it given above instructions add green color and mix.add noodles and boil it for 3-4 minutes. Then strain and do the same above process.

* Step 4

Take a kadhai add 1 tbsp oil and when oil heated add chopped garlic and onion. Saute 1 minute then add boiled white noodles.add scramble paneer,pepper powder mix add vinegar and mix again gently.transfer this white noodles in a plate.

* Step 5

In the same kadhai add 1 tbsp oil heat it add onion slices saute over high flame for a minute. Add carrot slices saute 2 minutes over high flame add all the sauces,ketchup, salt,vinegar and pepper powder. Mix and cook for a minute. Add boiled orange noodles and cook for a minute. Transfer in a plate.

* Step 6

Now in the same kadhai add oil when it turm hot add onion slices saute over high flame for a minute add capsicum strips and saute for a minute.add green Chilli sauce,garam masala powder,vinegar and salt to taste. Mix well. Add boiled green noodles. Mix gently.

* Step 7

The green noodles is ready.turn off the flame. It's time to assemble the noodles like tiranga.
