Egg plant(baingan) pakore

This is always prepared during ramazan in my home.this pakodas are crunchy from outside and soft from inside and also very tasty .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and Cut the brinjal lengthwise into a thin strip. Keep in water. Take gram flour, semolina, and rice flour in a mixing bowl. Add all spices and add water to make the batter. The batter should be not very thin.
* Step 2
Take brinjal from water and keep them on a strainer to remove excess water. Take a kadhai add oil and heat it. Coated the brinjal pieces with batter and fry them on medium to high flame.
* Step 3
When they turn golden and crisp remove them from the oil. place them on absorbing paper. Fry all in batches. Serve with ketchup or any dip.
