#SC2 A wonderful and yummmy bread chicken Pockets are really simple and easy-to-make starters at home.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil heat it then adds chopped onion saute for 1-2 minutes. When it turns light pink add ginger garlic paste and saute few seconds. Add capsicum cooked for one minute then add boiled chicken mince and saute. add all spices, mix and cook for 2 minutes 9n medium flame. add sauce and ketchup. mix all together. Cook for 2 minutes and transfer to a plate. allow to cool it.

Take bread slices and remove the edges. Gently roll it with a rolling pin. takes 1 tbsp chicken filling place in the middle. apply water to the edges and seal the corner. prepare all likewise. In a bowl break, the eggs add pepper powder and salt mix well. Dip the bread puff into the egg mixture then coated with bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a kadhai fries these chicken puffs on medium to high flame till they turn crisp and golden. Transfer from oil. Serve with ketchup or chutney.
