Leftover Dal & salad paratha

#LKM A super soft, yummmy paratha with combination of leftover dal and salad that gives an amazing taste and also healthy.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take fwheat flour in a bowl add salt and oil mix them. Take leftover dal and salad veggies.add with flour and add spices.knead a dough with dal (if required then add little water because dal and salad has water.)

* Step 2

Make a soft dough. Cover and keep day. Make medium size balls from the dough. Roll it on rolling board by dusting some flour. Heat a tawa place the paratha on hot tawa.cook it from one side.

* Step 3

Flip it and cook few seconds from other side.add little oil and cook both side till they turn golden brown. Prepare all paratha. serve hot with any pickles
