#hnv Qeema matar is a delicious dinner party dish that can easily prepare at home.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pressure cooker heat oil.add whole spices mention above saute 30 seconds add onion slices saute they turn light pink add ginger garlic paste saute for a minute.add mince.cook on high.flame for 3-4 minutes.

* Step 2

Add green peas mix and cooked for 3-4 minutes.add powder spices except garam masala.cook for 2 minutes 9 high flame.add 1 cup water pressure cooked for 4-5 whistle on medium flame

* Step 3

Open the cooker.cook on high flame until the water evaporate and oil has separated.add garam masala powder mix and cooked for 1 minutes.turn off the flame.garnish with coriander leaves and serve the keema with roti or paratha.
