This tikki is very tasty crispy and a good option for as party snacks.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take mashed potatoes and add green chillies,chopped coriander, chilli flakes, peri peri masala,mustard sauce and salt.mix all together.then add bread crumbs and mix well again.make tikki from the mixture.
* Step 2
Take a bowl break two eggs in it.add black pepper powder and little salt in eggs.mix nicely.heat 3-4 tbsp oil in a pan.take one by one tikki dip into egg's batter and put in the pan
* Step 3
Fry all tikkis from both sides untill they turn golden in colour.trasfer in a plate.serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.
