This is the best and quick way to reuse the leftover roti and turn it into a healthy snacks and everyone in my family love it.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take leftover roti and cut it with a knife into round shape. You can break into pieces but I want to give a nice look so I prefer to cut it a round shape.in a bowl break eggs beat well add all green chilli, coriander leaves, chilli powder and salt.mix all together.
* Step 2
Now heat a non-stick pan.dip the piece of roti into egg batter coated it well then put on pan apply little oil and cook on both side.
* Step 3
The tasty egg wrapped roti is ready.
