One bite Puri with alu sabzi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add flour,suji salt and oil mix well. Then add little by little water and knead it well. Make a soft dough for puri.cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Meanwhile, Peel the potatoes and wash it. Cut into thin slices.heat oil in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds when it splutters add green chillies saute 10 seconds add potatoes and stir.cooked on high flame for two minutes. Then add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder and salt mix well. Cook on high flame for another 2 minutes. then cover the lid and cook on low to medium flame for ten minutes or untill the potatoes become soft. Garnish with coriander leaves.turn off the flame.
* Step 3
Now take the dough to knead again for 3-4 times. Then take a medium size portion roll a big size roti then cut little pieces with the help of small Katori or cookies cutter. Or you can take very small balls from the dough and then roll to make a mini Puri.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a kadhai on high flame. When the oil is well heated put one by one Puri in the oil and fry on high flame. Serve with alu sabzi and dahi.
