Vegetables filled Rava idli

Ingredient

suji

1 cup

curd

1 tsp

salt

3/4 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl take suji and curd mix well without using water. Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes.

* Step 2

Take beetroot and grated it.seprate the juice in a bowl. In another bowl take green peas, grated carrot.mix well

* Step 3

After 30 minutes take the batter add water and beat well for 5 minutes.then add salt and baking soda.mix like lightly. Divide the batter into two portions.

* Step 4

Take idli mould grease with Oil. Take white part and Pour one spoon suji batter in it.put green peas and carrot and pour little batter on it to cover the vegies.take a microwave safe bowl add little water and heat the water for a minute in microwave. Then put the idli mould into this bowl cover and cooked for 4 minutes.

* Step 5

Now take the other part of batter and add beetroot juice in it to give the colour.take the mould and put some batter into it add veggies and again pour the batter and cooked as the same method mention before.

* Step 6

The healthy idli is ready.serve with Coconut chutney.
