Thin-Crust Vegetable–Pizza | No Yeast and No Baking Soda | Oven-Baked
The term pizza was first recorded in the 10th century in a Latin manuscript from the Southern Italian town of Gaeta in Lazio, on the border with Campania.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook all the aforementioned veggies and set aside to cool.
* Step 2
Grease a flat pizza plate or an oven proof plate with oil and place the pizza base on it.
* Step 3
Put the Pizza plate along with the Pizza base on it inside the Microwave oven. Hit Microwave mode and let it bake for 1 minute. The base is be 80% done. Thereafter bring it out of the oven for the topping process.
* Step 4
IT'S TIME FOR THE TOPPING:
* Step 5
Arrange the previously cooked vegetables on the Pizza base.
* Step 6
Brush the margin with oil and sprinkle some oil all over the topping.
* Step 7
Place inside the Microwave oven on the rack. Thereafter, hit the Microwave mode and let it bake for another 8 minutes.
* Step 8
When done serve hot. (You might sprinkle some Italian seasonings if you prefer to).
