In Britain,fruit cake is typically served in wedding or at chrismas.
This cake is made with candied or dried fruits along with some spices(optional)
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take curd in a mixing bowl,add baking soda and baking powder.Give a good mix.Leave for 5 minutes.Add oil and powdered sugar.Mix with gentle strokes.
* Step 2
Take flour in a strainer,add dried fruits too.Sieve.Keep aside the dried fruits.
* Step 3
Mix the batter with gentle strokes.Add dried fruits and mix with batter.Add food colours and all three essences.Make a smooth batter by adding milk.
* Step 4
Grease a 8"cake tin.Put a perchment paper in it and transfer the batter into it Tap 2-3times to level the upper surface.
* Step 5
Pre heat a kadahi/deeo pan for 5 minutes on m3dium flame Put a short steel plate in the kadahi.Put can tin over it.Cover,bake on medium flame for 5 minutes.
* Step 6
Lower the flame to lowest and further bake for 40-45 minutes.
* Step 7
Check with tooth pick test.Cake is done.Cool Cut into slices. Serve.
