Banana Jelly Custard Pudding

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take agar -agar powder in a cup,add 1/2cup warm water.Dissolve and keep aside.

In a pan take milk,add custard powder.Stir well and make sure that there is no any lump.

Mash banana,keep aside

Heat the milk -custard powder, mix.stir continuously and cook on low flame for 3-4minutes.

Now add mashed banana,stir.

Add agar-agar mix,sugar and 1 pinch of orange food colour.Mix well cook on medium heat till the mixture is thick enough.

* Step 7

Put off heat,add vanilla essence.Mix well.Dish out in serving cups.

Put in refrigerator for 2-3hours.Overnight cooloing will get better result.

* Step 9

Take out from refrigeratere.Garnish with cherry(optional).Serve.
