Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds.Let them crackle.Add choppwd ginger and garluc.Saute 30 seconds.Add chopped onion.Saute 1 minute.Add green chilli.
* Step 2
Saute till onion is light golden,add potato cubes,stir.Add salt,mix well.Cover and cook for few minutes on low flame till potatoes are 50 %done.
* Step 3
Add remaining vegetables except tomatoes.Saute 1 minute.Add red chilli powder,turmeric piwder and coriander powder.Mix well.Add chopped tomatoes,stir.
* Step 4
Give a splash of water,cover and cook on lowest flame for 5 minutes,till raw smell of vegetables are gone.
* Step 5
After 5 minutes,add garam masala powder and roasted cumin powder.Mix well Put off heat.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.Cover and leave for 5 minutes.
* Step 6
Serve hot with rice/roti.
