Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take flour in a bowl,add salt,carom seeds and oil.Mix and knead a soft dough.Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Grate cauliflower florets.Add all the spices,coriander leaves,green chilli and grated potato.Mix well. Leave 5 minutes.
* Step 3
Mix salt to the cauli flour.Pinch out a ball size portion from the dough.Fill 2 tbsp cauliflower stuffing.Seal the dough and roll into a paratha.
* Step 4
Cook on medium heat on a griddle /pan.Fry with 1 tbsp ghee /oil on both sides.Fry till golden and crispy.
