Veg Biryani With Boiled Egg

Ingredient

peas

1/2 tsp

cumin seeds

2 tbsp

oil

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds.Add chopped onion and green chilli.Saute 1 minute.Add tomato cubes and powdered spices.Saute 1 minute.Add vegetables.Cook 2-3minutes.

* Step 2

Add pre soaked rice and salt.Add 2 cup water.Let it boil.Cover and cook on medium heat till rice is done.Garnish with coriander leaves.

* Step 3

Hard boil eggs,cut into halves and put in lunch box.

* Step 4

Prepare lunch box with veg biryani,egg,a packet of sauce and any fruit of your choice.
