potato(boiled and grated)
1/4 cup
bread crumbs
1 tbsp
chopped onion
2 tbsp
chopped capsicum
2 tbsp
chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp
boiled peas
1/2 tsp
red chilli powder
1/2 tsp
black pepper powder
1 tsp
roasted cumin powder
1 tsp
amchur powder
to taste
Salt
1/4 cup
oil for shallow frying
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients ina mixing bowl.
* Step 2
Make cutlets.Give them shape of your desire.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan,shallow fry the cutlets till golden in colour.Fry in batches.
* Step 4
Serve hot with chutney/sauce.
