Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a grinding jar put coriander leaves,ginger,garlic, green chillies and sluced onion.

* Step 2

Grind coarsely.Take all three flours in a mixing bowl.

* Step 3

Add prepared paste and all powdered spices.Add salt also.

* Step 4

Make a soft dough.Apply ghee on the dough.Cover and leave for 15 minutes.

* Step 5

After 15 minutes,roll parathas.Apply some sesame seeds on the paratha,press lightly.

* Step 6

Heat a griddle/pan.Cook parathas on medium flame till golden.Fry with 1 tsp ghee.

* Step 7

Fry till golden.Take out and serve.

* Step 8

Bajra parathas are ready to serve Yoy may serve with curry/pickles/chutney.
