Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast sesame seeds on low flame till a nice aroma comes out.It will take about 7-8minutes.
* Step 2
Let it cool and grind.Keep aside.
* Step 3
Boil milk in a pan,stir continuously to avoid burning.Boil till milk is reduced to 1/4of its volume.
* Step 4
Add sugar stir and cook for 5-6minutes to get a thick consistency.
* Step 5
Add sesame powder,cardemom powder and cashew nuts.Mix well.
* Step 6
Cook till mixture starts to leaving the pan surface.Put off flame.
* Step 7
Let mixture cool down a little bit.Make laddus of mixture Garnish with pistachio flakes.
* Step 8
Sesame laddu/till bugga /till laddus are ready to be served.Happy cooking
