Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and cut turmetic into small pieces,grind to a smooth paste.Keep aside
* Step 2
Heat ghee in a heavy base kadahi,Add turmeric paste,saute 10 minutes on low flame till oil separates.
* Step 3
Meanwhile,cut carrot into small pieces.Add milk to a pressure cooker.Add carrot pieces and pressure cook for 5 minutes at medium heat.
* Step 4
After pressure release,put carrot to kadahi,mash and mix.
* Step 5
Cook on low flame for 5-7minutes.Add jaggery.Saute till jaggery dissolves.Add khoya and further saute till ghee separates.
* Step 6
Add choppe dry fruits also.
* Step 7
Saute for 10 minutes on low flame.
* Step 8
Remove from heat,add kewra water.Mix.Haldi ka halwa is ready to he served.
