Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Apply butter on both slices.Keep aside.
* Step 2
In a bowl take mayonnaise,add chooped veggies and spuces exept black pepper powder.Add 1 pinch salt.Mix well.
* Step 3
Apply this mixture on both the slices.Keep aside.
* Step 4
Heat a pan,add oil.Add egg.Cook 1 minute.Do not flip the egg.Take out and put on one of the slices.
* Step 5
Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder.
* Step 6
Egg sunny side up open sandwich is ready to be served.Enjoy.
