Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan,add garlic and onion,saute for 2 minutes.
* Step 2
Add all veggies.Saute for 1-2minutes.
* Step 3
Add 1cup water,pepper powder and salt.Let it boil.
* Step 4
Add maggi cook 2 minutes.Dry if any water remains.Add maggi masala and tomato ketchup.Mix and let it cool.
* Step 5
Cut the edges of bread,flatten the slices by a rolling pin.
* Step 6
Put 2 tbsp maggi mix on a bread.fold and seal the edges with the help of some water.
* Step 7
Meanwhile make a slurry of maida andcornflour.Dip the prepared puff into slurry and coat with bread crumb.Prepare all puffs like this.
* Step 8
Heat oil and fry on medium heated oil till golden and crisp.Maggi Mc Puff is ready to be served
* Step 9
Serve with tomato sauce/mayonnaise.
