Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take flour in a mixing bowl,add all the ingredients exept oil.Crumble few minutes.
* Step 2
Add milk gradually to make a soft dough.Apply oil on dough.Cover and leave for 30 minutes.
* Step 3
After 30 minutes,knead the dough once again.Divide into 6-8equall sized balls.
* Step 4
Knead one ball to give a shape of kulcha.Sprinkle chopped coriander and sesame seeds.Press a little.
* Step 5
Heat a tawa,apply some water on the opposite side of kulcha.Put on tawa.Cook for one minute.
* Step 6
Put the tawa on inverted position on open flame,cook the naan on medium -high flame till golden.
* Step 7
Rotate the tawa occasionally to get the heat evenly.
* Step 8
Take out,apply a little butter on it.Seve hot with curry.
