tomato sauce

1 tbsp

honey

2 tbsp

corn flour

As per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel and cut potatoes into strips, boil till 80%done.Drain it.

* Step 2

Add cornflour and 1 pinch salt to the potato fingers, coat well. Heat oil in a pan.Fry potatoes till golden and crispy. Take out and keep aside.

* Step 3

Heat another pan, add 2 tsp sesame oil, add ginger and garlic. Saute 1 minute. Add chopped onion. Fry till translucent. Add capsicum strip and toss.

* Step 4

Add tomato sauce, chili sauce, and soya sauce. Add salt and fried potato fingers also. Toss a few times.

* Step 5

Add honey and toss to coat well. Dish out. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Serve hot.
