Ingredient

Food ration :

4 persons

Cooking time :

1/4 cup

sugar

1/2 cup+1/4cup

milk

1/3 cup

cornflour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put mango pulp,sugar and milk in a blender.Blend to a smooth paste

* Step 2

Dissolve cornflour in 1/4cup milk.Keep aside.

* Step 3

Heat a pan,add mango mix.Keep cooking on medium flame till mango mix is reduced to half.Keep stirring.

* Step 4

Add cornflour to the mango mix and cook on low flame till mixture is thich enough.Put off flame.

* Step 5

Add mango essence and mix well.Grease moulds.Pour mango mixture.

* Step 6

Let it cool on room temperature.After cooling,put in fridge for 4-6 hours.

* Step 7

Demould after 6 hours.Garnish with cherry.Serve chilled.
