Stuffed Kidney Bean Croquettes

Stuffed Kidney Bean Croquettes

kidney beans

to taste

Salt

Few paneer

corn flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil potatoes,peel and grate.

Soak kidney beans over night,boil and coarsely grind.

* Step 3

Add all spices,green chilli,coriander leaves and salt to potato.Mix well.

Add ground kidney beans and mix well.

* Step 5

Pinch a ball from the mix,give ashape of roll,put a paneer piece in the centre.Seal the edges,and make the croquettes.

* Step 6

Meanwhile make a slurry of corn flour.

* Step 7

Dip one croquettes in the slurry,then coat into breadcrumbs.Prepare all like this.

Heat oil in a pan,fry croquettes on medium flame till golden.

* Step 9

Serve with sauce /chutney of your choice.
