Okra in mustard gravy

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut okra into 2 "pieces, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add okra and fry on low flame for 3-4minutes. Take out and keep aside.
* Step 2
Heat remaining oil in the same pan, add fenugreek seed. Heat till blacken. Add onion paste and saute for 2 minutes on medium flame.
* Step 3
Add ginger-garlic paste, stir. Add 1/4cup water and cook till raw smell gone.
* Step 4
Add tomato, puree, and all powdered spices.Stir.Add salt.
* Step 5
Add 1/4cup water and cook on low flame till oil separates from spices. Add fried okra. Cook for few minutes.
* Step 6
Add 1/2cup water, cover, and cook on medium flame till soft.
* Step 7
Serve with hot rice or roti.
