Roasted Tomato Chutney

Ingredient

1/2 tsp

mustard oil

as per taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put tomatoes, green chilies, and garlic on a griddle. Cover and roast on low flame for about 10 minutes.

* Step 2

After 10 minutes all the things are tender. Remove the skin of tomatoes. Mash tomatoes, chilies, and garlic.

Add chopped onion, cumin powder, coriander leaves, salt, and mustard oil. Mix well.

* Step 4

Tomato chutney is ready to be served. Serve with meals, snacks.
