Sewai Custard with homemade jelly

Usually sewai (vermicelli)is cooked on eve of eid,and there are various method and recipes of sewai for the occassion .Here I've cooked afusion recipe ,and sewai is cooked with custard sauce and garnished with homemade jelly .

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 persons

Cooking time :

10 minutes
1/4 cup

sugar

1 tsp

ghee

1/2 cup

jelly

2 cups+1/4cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan,add vermicelli and roast for 2 minutes.

* Step 2

Add milk,let it boil.Simmer the flame and cook for 2-3minutes.

* Step 3

Dissolve custard powder in 1/4cup cold milk,and add to vermicelli.Cook on low flame till thick.

* Step 4

Put off flame and let it cool down.Pour into serving dish and garnish with chopped dry fruits and jelly pieces.

* Step 5

Serve chilled.
