Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all vegetables,sauces,black pepper powder and salt together.Add 2 tbsp maida and 2 tbsp cornflour.Make balls.
* Step 2
Heat oil and deep fry the manchurian balls.
* Step 3
In another pan,heat 2 tbsp oil.Add ginger and garlic.Saute for 1 minute.Add chopped onion.saute for a while.
* Step 4
Add capsicum,chilli sauce,tomato sauce and mix.
* Step 5
Add 2 cups water,let it boil for 2-3minutes Adjust salt.
* Step 6
Make a slurry of 1tbsp cornflour.Add to gravy and let it boil.Add fried manchurian balls and boil.
* Step 7
Put off flame and serve hot with rice.
