Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl take a grated cucumber, grated carrot, chopped onion, and chopped green chili. Add hung curd, pepper powder, chili flakes, and salt. Mix well.
* Step 2
Take two bread slices, apply 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, spread half of the vegetable mix on one bread slice. Spread remaining half on second bread slice.
* Step 3
Add 1 tbsp each mozzarella-cheddar mix on the slices.
* Step 4
Apply tomato ketchup on the remaining two bread slices. Put on the veg -bread slices as shown in the picture.
* Step 5
Heat a grilled pan and grease it with 1 tbsp butter. Put both the sandwiches on the grilled pan. Grill two minutes on medium flame on one side.
* Step 6
Flip after 2 minutes and apply the remaining butter to the pan. Grill for 2 minutes on another side also.
* Step 7
Take out and Serve with sauce.
