Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sieve together ragi flour, salt, cocoa powder, and sugar.
* Step 2
Add melted butter little by little to form a dough.
* Step 3
Pinch a lemon-sized ball from the dough, roll, and press to form a cookie-like structure.
* Step 4
Make a design with the help of a fork or a stencil, add few choco chips on the center, and press a little.
* Step 5
Bake at 170 °c on a pre-heated oven for 12-15minutes.
* Step 6
Ragi cookies are ready to be served. Store in an air tight container.
