Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl mix all the ingredients. Knead a semi-soft dough.
* Step 2
Apply a little oil to the dough. Do not rest the dough, unless it will be soggy due to releasing of water from vegetable leaves.
* Step 3
Divide the dough into 5 equal parts. Apply a little oil on the rolling board and make a thin roti(thepla).
* Step 4
Heat a tawa/pan. Cook for 1 minute. Add oil and fry both sides till golden.
* Step 5
Take out. Serve hot with curd /pickles.
