Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl mix all ingredients.Make a semi hard dough by adding water.
* Step 2
Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
Take small portion of besan and give a cylindrical structur.
* Step 4
Take a steel thali/tray.Press the besan cylinder on inverted side of thali. Press to give the oblong shape as shown in picture.
* Step 5
Scrap the fafda through a knife.
* Step 6
Heat oil and fry all fafdas on medium flame till golden.
* Step 7
Tasty,crispy fafdas are ready to serve.Serve with curd,pickles or any chutney of your choice.
