Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a wok /pan. Add green chilies and cumin seeds. Fry chopped onion till golden. Add ginger-garlic paste. Saute for 2 minutes on medium flame. Add all powdered spices except Kasuri methi. Saute for 1 minute.
* Step 2
Add tomato puree and salt.Stir.Add 1/2cup water and cook on a medium flame for 5-6minutes.
* Step 3
Add boiled kidney beans, stir. Add 1cup of water. Cover and let boil. Simmer the flame and cook on low-medium flame for 8-10minutes.
* Step 4
Adjust the consistency of gravy. Add Kasuri methi. Serve hot with hot boiled rice.
