Masala Nimki

Nimki,a simple and easy to be prepare recipe from North India and parts of Pakistan.A recipe loved by all age group of people.

Ingredient

2 tbsp

ghee/oil

as per taste

Salt

as per requirement

Oil for deep frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take all-purpose flour in a large bowl. Add ghee and crumble the flour for 5 minutes.

* Step 2

Add nigella seeds, salt, and all spices. Add cold water to form a semi-hard dough. Knead for 5 minutes.

Cover the dough and leave for 10 minutes.

* Step 4

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll and cut into your desired shaped nimkis.

* Step 5

Heat oil, deep fry nimkis on medium flame till golden.

Nimkis are ready to be served.
