Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add salt to wheat flour and make a soft dough.Leave for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Take out lemon sized 2 balls,flatten them,apply 1/2tsp ghee on each part.
* Step 3
Put both parts on each other,roll to a roti.
* Step 4
Put roti on a heated tawa,cook 10 seconds on one side,flip and cook for 20 seconds.
* Step 5
Flip further and cook for more 20 seconds.Take out and separates the both parts.They will come out easily.
